In 2005, Mr. Sun was invited by Mr. Zhang Lei to jointly found Hillhouse. Mr. Sun was in charge of Hillhouse's first RMB fund, the Haixia Development Fund in 2011. During his work at Hillhouse, Mr. Sun participated in investment projects such as JD.COM, BlueMoon, Midea, Gree, Yili, New Oriental, Xueersi, Wind and Deppon Logistics.
